For our Casual Pret and Luxury Pret collections, pieces are crafted according to the official size charts provided.
For Wedding Formals and Bridal creations, a more personalised approach is offered. Measurements will be individually confirmed through the contact number or email address provided with the order, allowing each piece to be prepared with greater precision and care.
Order Fulfilment & Delivery
Each Tejruyab creation is prepared to order, with the time required to complete its craftsmanship reflected in our delivery schedule.
These timelines are estimates and may vary according to the intricacy of the ensemble, order volume, and destination.
Delivery Charges
Shipping is arranged through our trusted logistics partners. Delivery charges are calculated according to the actual applicable courier rates and are payable by the client.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country remain the sole responsibility of the client.
Such charges are determined by the relevant authorities and are outside Tejruyab’s control.
Shipment & Transit Responsibility
Once your order has been carefully dispatched and the official tracking details have been provided, the shipment is entrusted to the appointed courier or logistics partner.
Tejruyab is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or mishandling that may occur while a parcel is in transit or under the custody of the courier service.
Clients are requested to retain their tracking information and monitor the shipment until delivery is completed.
