Delivery Charges
Shipping is arranged through our trusted logistics partners. Delivery charges are calculated according to the actual applicable courier rates and are payable by the client.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the client.
These charges are determined by the relevant authorities and remain outside Tejruyab’s control.
Shipment & Transit
Once an order has been dispatched and its tracking information has been shared, the shipment is entrusted to the appointed courier or logistics provider.
Tejruyab shall not be held responsible for transit delays, loss, theft, or mishandling occurring after dispatch while the parcel is under the courier’s custody.
